Description
Our mission is to match up volunteers with seniors and to visit them for at least one hour a week. We provide companionship, comfort and kindness to those who need it. Clearances are necessary. Orientation provided.

Volunteers are also needed to help with social media, facetime, skpe and portals.

Visits take place at the Green Ridge Health Care Center, Address: 2741 Boulevard Ave, Scranton, PA 18509. This site is on the "Carbondale" COLTS bus route. The schedule can be found at http://www.coltsbus.com/images/Routes2016/COLTS52Carbondale2016.pdf.

Volunteers will meet with the director, Michael Malos and the activities director of the site for any necessary advance training and tour of facility.
