Description
Our mission is to help young people reach their full potential through sports (martial arts), education, and personal development.  We work with non-profits and community organizations that host our program, so we can provide services to at-risk youth in the Northeast PA area, such as physical education, self-defense seminars, and discussions that focus on issues such as bullying, suicide, nutrition, and leadership.

Volunteer Opportunities for Students:
Volunteers would act as an aid to keep students well behaved.  They could help with demonstrations or leading stretching, drills, and exercises.  The most help needed is with the 6 p.m. hour.

Volunteer Opportunities for Staff & Faculty:
Many families need assistance with long-term financial planning as their children have special needs, and parents will not be able to provide care for them as they get older.
