Description
We are a survivor led non-profit organization for Childhood Childhood Cancer. Our mission is to serve families in Northeastern Pennsylvania by inspiring people across the country to make a difference in lives affected by pediatric cancer through financial generosity and volunteer commitment.

Cancertacular is a survivor and volunteer run non profit cancer serving Scranton and 10 surrounding counties.  The main goal is that no child is lonely during cancer treatment.

Student Opportunities:

Royal Dancetacular & its 14 committees
Hospital Visits
Home Visits
outings with kids
Public Relations, office work, coordinating events

Internship Opportunities:
Will accept most majors including counseling, psychology, marketing, business, communications and education

Time Commitment: varied from 30 minutes per month to 200 hours per semester

Clearances not required

Training: Volunteers will meet with seasoned volunteer staff and get an overview of daily practices from our director
