Description
Through the DA office, Phil coordinates serveral programs. They are;
1) Teen Fatherhood Program at the Scranton School District
2)Juvenile Treatment Program for kids who are substance abusers. After
they successfully graduate from the 270 day program their record is 
expunged.
3)  Visits to the Juvenile Detention Center
